Modern Boho Primary Bedroom with a Cal King Bed. Firm Memory foam and soft sheets will give you the best night sleep! Also has an attached full bathroom.
2nd Bedroom has a firm Cal King bed. The window in this room over looks the backyard and is so peaceful and private. With glass closet mirrors for all your vacation essentials.
3rd bedroom has a pull down queen murphy bed. Mattress is a medium Novafoam. Murphy bed can easily fold out of the way. Large desk area can easily hold several laptops. Great Wifi for working remotely or school work remotely.

Built in, outdoor BBQ area has a 36" propane grill and outdoor sink. A climbing grape Vine provides a shady island bartop. This charming outdoor Island has seating for 4 barstools. Outdoor Seating in the Large Garden Like Back Yard

Inviting Boho and Modern open living room. Leather sectional couch is extremely comfortable for watching tv. 2nd couch in living room is a pull out queen sofa bed with memory foam. Extra bedding is kept under the chaise lounge.
Chefs kitchen, featuring a Dacor slide in range and a french door fridge. The Freezer makes ice, but large ice cube trays are also provide for your cocktails if you prefer. Coffee maker is a drip style coffee maker. Coffee is complimentary.
Modern Farmhouse dining area can host up to 6 people comfortably. Extension leaves are available upon request. Extra chairs are stored in the garage. Wipe-able High chair is stored in the office closet.
Other things to note
Garage doubles as a fun game room! Choose from darts or ping pong table. Or just opt to chill on the couch and watch the game!
Free washer & dryer to use
Located less then 1.5 miles from the beach, you can walk or bike to the beach. Driving is just minutes away with ample parking or just Uber/Lift for the convenience.

We had a rad stay at Beach-Pie. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures (even better!) The whole place made us feel at ease and very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to make epic meals and the backyard is awesome. So thankful for such great hosts- would absolutely recommend to stay!
